By accessing and using ReviewAI's services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth here. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

ReviewAI provides tools that help businesses manage and optimize Google Maps reviews using artificial intelligence (AI) technology. This service allows business owners to generate identifying QR codes, filter positive/negative responses through the Review Gate mechanism, and use AI to compose natural review content for customers.

3. User Responsibilities

Users using the service commit to:

• Providing accurate and transparent business information.
• Not using AI to create fake reviews harmful to the reputation of other businesses.
• Complying with Google Maps' terms of service and related platforms.
• Securing login credentials on the ReviewAI system.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, source code, content, icons and other assets on ReviewAI are our intellectual property or are licensed for use. You may not copy, modify or distribute these assets without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ReviewAI is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect or incidental damages arising from your use or inability to use the service.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
