Steps to start using ReviewAI, from free account registration to Pro upgrade
Step 1: Sign up for an account
Visit the Login/Sign Up page. You can use email or quickly sign in with your Google account. Free to get started!
Step 2: Configure your store
Fill in business info (Name, address, Google Maps link). Configure 'AI Tone' to match your business style (Coffee, Restaurant, Dental clinic...).
Step 3: Create and place QR Code
The system automatically generates a unique QR code for your location. Download and place it on tables, cashier counters, or menus for customers to scan and start reviewing.
Step 4: Review Gate - Filter reviews
Customers scan QR to choose satisfaction level (1-5 stars). The system automatically routes happy customers to Google Maps with a prepared review, and unhappy customers to your internal feedback inbox for timely handling.
Step 5: Statistics & Pro Upgrade
Track daily reviews through the statistics dashboard. As your store grows, you can upgrade to Pro to unlock unlimited QR scans, premium AI review composition, and AI Auto-Reply features.
